As soon as you head out of the city you will probably come across a stork's nest.  Seeing the first stork of the day brings good luck.  Here are some pictures of some storks (there is a young one in the nest if you look carefully) with its nest on a telegraph pole (sometimes chimneys too) that were taken only a few miles out of Warsaw.
