Have just spent a few days in this city and what a place.  With so much to see and do it was difficult to choose where to go and what to do.  After reading the Monocle design magazine's supplementary edition on Spain I decided that the Mies Van Der Rohe Pavillion was a must.

I wasn't disappointed.  With the sun beating down on the smooth marble surfaces and shining through the big glass windows, the Barcelona chairs (in white) looked right at home (quite literally).
