Here is a brief description of Globish (a simplified version of English):

The word Globish is a mixture of the two words global and English.  It is a simplified version of English invented by a Frenchman called Jean-Paul Nerriere who was a vice-president at IBM.  He has already written two books on the subject of Globish with the titles Don’t Speak English, Parlez Globish and Decouvrez le Globish.

After many trips to Korea and Japan Jean-Paul realised there was a need for a less complicated version of English for people in tourist and business situations. Since he was not a native English speaker, he noticed that speaking to non-native speakers in English was easier for him than for native speakers.

Here are a few pieces of advice for learning Globish:

DO only use words from the Globish list of words (of which there are about 1,500 core words)
DO repeat yourself
DO use visual aids and gestures
DO use simplified grammar
DON'T use humour
DON'T use idiomatic expressions or metaphors

The European Comission has has just announced an agreement whereby English will be the official language of the European Union rather than German, which was the other possibility.  

As part  of the negotiations, the British Government conceded that English spelling had some room for improvement and has accepted a 5-year phase-in plan that would become known as "Euro-English."

In the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c". Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump with joy.

The hard "c" will be dropped in favour of "k". This should klear up konfusion, and keyboards kan have one less  letter.

There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year, when the troublesome "ph" will be replaced with "f". This will make words like fotograf 20% shorter.

In the 3rd year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling kan be expekted to reach the stage where more komplikated  changes are possible.

Governments will enkourage the removal of  double letters which have always ben a deterent to akurate speling.  

Also, al wil agre that the horibl mes of the silent "e" in the languag is disgrasful and it should go away.

Phrases

In addition to words from Hindi cultures other words with Caribbean roots are used more widespread.  ‘Seen’ means yes, I agree and ‘nuff said’ (enough said) means I totally go along with you or this is the end of the conversation.

‘Innit’ is a common slang word nowadays. No longer a question (a short form of ‘isn’t it?’), ‘innit’ is mostly used to end any statement or sentence.
