You will need to tell me your result (such as, you could prepare for the First (B2), Advanced (C1) or Proficiency (C2) exam) in the first meeting. This is important so that when I speak to you I can compare your online result with your speaking you have with me. If you did not get a chance to do the test before our first consultation then you are welcome to take it after.

frequently asked questions
Q.Why are the classes 45 minutes?
A.I find that 45 minutes online is the optimum time for concentration, and it also means that it can easily fit into your day, without tiring you too much.
Q.Can I change the days and times of the classes?
A.Of course! If it suits both of us then there shouldn't be a problem.
Q.Is there a minimum or maximum number of classes?
A.No, but when I assess your level I can give you advice on how long you could have classes for.
Q.What calendar and scheduling system do you use?
A.I use the calendar website Picktime which integrates with both Google calendar and Zoom.
Q.What's the cancellation policy?
A.If the Student needs to cancel a scheduled lesson, the Student agrees to contact the Tutor at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson without paying for the lesson. The Student may contact the Tutor by the agreed messenger service. The Student and Tutor agree to reschedule the canceled lesson as soon as possible. The Student pays for a scheduled lesson if the Student fails to give at least 24 hours notice to the Tutor. That means that the Student pays for the missed lesson. If the Tutor cancels a lesson which the Student has already paid for, then the payment for that lesson is carried over to the following lesson, unless it is the last lesson where the payment will be refunded. Any exceptions to this policy must be discussed between Student and Tutor.
Q.Do we sign an agreement for classes?
A.Yes, we sign an agreement.
Q.What time zone do you use?
A.I use CET (Central European Time), which is GMT+1.

A.PayPal is one of the most internationally recognised and secure ways of sending payments online.
